Deloitte and SkillUp co-designed an employability track that delivers workplace-readiness skills, mentorship and real job matches at scale. The programme is powered by the Deloitte WorldClass initiative, which aims to expand access to education and economic opportunity for under-represented communities across the region.
Together we built a verified talent pipeline: students complete SkillUp Job Ready modules co-designed with Deloitte practitioners, earn the Job Ready badge, and are matched to live roles through the SkillUp employer board. Employers see verified skills, not keyword matches.
