Your Friday specialism
AWS re/Start core + applied AI studio (Fri, weeks 8–11)
Weeks 8–11 — the part that changes by track. Shared AWS re/Start classes run Mon–Thu.
- Week 8: Rules for work AI (what not to paste) · Rewrite a ticket with a model + human check
- Week 9: Copilot-style SOP: turn a messy runbook into steps · Log what the model invented
- Week 10: Build one small workflow (summarise 5 tickets / draft user reply) · Audit trail of what the model did
- Week 11: Ship the workplace artefact · 1-page limits for a manager
