Is it free?
Yes for selected learners. Refundable attendance deposit only.
Do I need tech experience?
No.
Who is it for?
Unemployed or underemployed adults, 19+, authorised to work in that country.
Is a job guaranteed?
No. SkillUp provides interview opportunities. Employability support means at least two interviews per accepted student — not a job offer.
Is a certification guaranteed?
No. You prepare for AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. A discounted voucher may be issued after you graduate, subject to AWS approval.
Is this AWS Academy?
No. Academy is a free campus curriculum. AWS re/Start is a workforce cohort delivered by a collaborating organization.
Why does a campus pay Enterprise?
Enterprise is 375 students on SkillUp all year. All of them may apply. Eight nominations go first into that country's 40.
Who delivers the class?
An AWS-accredited instructor using the AWS re/Start curriculum as provided. SkillUp runs recruitment, Job Ready, and employer connections.
Fund a cohort
